Mac upgrade w/ PS CS6
I have Adobe Photoshop CS6 on my iMac, High Sierra (ver. 10.13)
computer. If I were to upgrade my Mac software to Mojave 10.14. Would I
still be able to launch my Photoshop CS6?

If you upgrade to Mojave, CS6 will still run, but Mojave is the end of the line for CS6 and there are some limitations (one example, Adobe Camera Raw 7 may or may not work).
