Old iPhone apps restored!

Hello! I looked for a similar question but didn't find any. Some days ago, when I woke up in the morning, suddenly, without me doing anything, I found old apps (from 1 year ago aprox.) restored (apps, games, etc.) on my iPhone 7 that I had installed, and uninstalled a long time ago. The old apps icons appeared on the main screen with the typical cloud icon ready to be downloaded again if you press it.

How is that even possible? Was it a hacker?! I didn't receive any email from Apple from anyone trying to access my account...
