Can't take screenshots
After I changed my mac I can't take screenshots either with command+shift 3 or grab. How can I solve this problem?
If you could help me I'd be glad.

If you use the Dropbox app, it has been known to intercept screenshots. Otherwise read Take a screenshot - Apple Support, and refer to Where to find screenshots.
If that key combination is not working for you: (Apple menu) > System Preferences (or Settings) > Keyboard > Shortcuts > Screen Shots > Restore Defaults.
