I cannot screenshot on my macbook pro (2023) no matter what I do. All my preferences are toggled on in settings for screenshots. What can I try next? Thanks!

note— third-party sync software like: OneDrive, GoogleDrive, BackBlaze or DropBox can usurp screenshots—disable or verify settings within those apps...

Thank you so much for your help! I do have Google Drive on my computer so that has to be it. Do you know how to find those settings?
