Previous Apps were deleted post electrical short. Cannot download file for my OS 12.7 Monterey

Business end of magic keyboard charges fell off desktop and landed in an electric receptacle. Computer and attached hard drives shorted and became unusable. Had the Mac repaired and many files were restored generically and nothing was reestablished in the system. How ever, most large programs are missing, like Word, Pages, Powerpoint and the like. I tried to find Pages 12 to download, but I,ve had mo success, any ideas nohow to restore all the programs or even download for 2015 Monterey Mac???
