Cannot install apple apps on the phone

I have a Iphone 12 Ios 16.7.3. I cannot download Calendar, Mail, Notes,Reminders, News, Maps, Health, etc... The error message is always the same "Unable to install ....". I logout and log back, reboot, readjust payment method and it is still not working.

I get an error every time I try to download an App saying Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid. My new Iphone 12 did not come pre-installed with the app store. When I go to Safari and go to the Apple App Store download and try and download it I get an error code saying "Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid." Unable to open apps on my iPhone 7 Plus post iOS 15.8.3 update After I update my phone today with Ios 15.8.3 and after the update my Apps are not opening as they required an App update and when I go to app store to update those it keeps loading and loading I have restarted my device multiple time with reboot option also but still not working. Another issue that Apple Id suggestion is showing a new user agreement but When I click ok continue it also start loading and loading. Can anyone help me with these issues. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Those are apps that are part of the iOS. Why would you be trying to install them on the iPhone? Other apps may depend on the iOS they support.
