Macbook Pro Laptops in Mexico City

I am trying to order 16in Macbook Pro M2 in Mexico City but having no luck finding a vendor that can also work with DEP. We do not want to order in the States and ship since customs is a nightmare. Also is there a way of ordering online in the states with an US credit card but pickup in a Mexico City Apple Store?
