I got my screen fixed today and this started popping up on it

Apple Watch SE, watchOS 9

Did you have the screen replaced with an Apple Screen at an Apple Store? If the display is not fixed or replaced by Apple, you will continue to see this message. If it is a genuine Apple screen, take it back to the Apple Store for a corrective fix....

What likely happened is you had your iPhone screen replaced somewhere OTHER than at an Apple Store or actual Apple Authorized Service Provider (like BestBuy in the US). And if that is correct, you don't have an authentic screen on your iPhone, because ONLY Apple or actual Authorized Service Providers have access to authentic Apple Parts. So you are likely seeing a message you don't an authentic part, because you likely do not have an authentic part. And you cannot get the message to go away. And Apple won't touch your iPhone if it was serviced by anyone else. You won't be able to trade the phone into Apple and resale value is greatly diminished.
