How can I share this Wi-Fi with my friend

I’m trying to share cox Wi-Fi passcode to my friend how do I do that if I can’t remember the passcode

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 17

Cannot check wifi password on iPhone Had a problem recently where I couldn’t see my connected WIFI’s password. My brother was able to see through his iPhone, but not me. Turns out problem was with the way I joined that wifi at the beginning. I hadn’t written the password to join wifi, instead it was shared by someone else through bluetooth share password option. That’s why I was never able to see the password, but after forgetting it and re-joining by manually typing the password, i could see it. Idea is that if you never knew the password (joined through someone else sharing), you do not have right to check it.

Apple!!! do not allow "share wifi password" when your phone is still locked Why did Apple allow “share WiFi password “ when my screen is still locked. Complete lack of security. I do not always have my phone with me but anyone can get close and tap share password. Apple needs a fix!!! Phone should be prompt for passcode or when it’s unlocked.

Call Cox and ask them for the passcode.
