Download Apple podcast as mp3

I have iPhone 12 and need to download Apple podcast as mp3 to then be able to transcribe via Otter app. ( I also have IMac M1. ) Am I forced to use Music/iTunes ? What’s easiest way around it ? TIA :)

How can I download an Apple Podcasts episode as an MP3 file? Hi everyone, I’m using Apple Podcasts.. I’ve downloaded an episode for offline listening, but I need the actual .mp3 file. I’m not sure how to access the file or create an MP3 export.

Export MP3 On GarageBand i need to export a song on my garageband into and mp3 fast like right now. its important and im on an ipad and there is no mp3 option
