Whatsapp stuck when restoring from iCloud

I have loges in back to whatsapp and then try to restore my whatsapp chat but problem is that during restore it stuck at 54% However my internet connection and mobile charging is fine. It’s now more than 20 hours in the same position . So pls help

The restore is getting stuck for hours at "Downloading:115.7 MB of 116.0 MB (99%)". Whats going on with whatsapp? WhatsApp is lagging so bad when i open it, sometimes i need to wait for 5 min or more till it catches up with the new messages, and i cant use it at all. I tried everything to fix it,(update, reinstall, delete backup, offload) It goes back to normal for few days then it starts lagging again. I found just few people on the internet that’s facing the same problem but no one knows how to fix it. Please i need someone to give me a way to fix it, the app is becoming unusable.

Whatsapp is stuck at restoring media even when I have sufficient space in my iCloud & local storage Here is the error WhatsApp says And below you can see that I have ample storage in both iCloud & local storage. Can anyone please help me on how to get this to restore my media?
