Help with Comp Portal profile using dual SIM
Hi community. I have been using an iPhone 11 for both work and personal use. It was monitored through the Comp Portal app. I got a new iPhone 15 pro max and could not set up my new phone with Comp Portal like my old iPhone 11. My IT Support person advised me they no longer allow personal use of company devices. But there’s no harm in my opinion as I’ve been doing this the entire time. I want to override this error I get (below) and prove to my IT team it can be done. Anyone else have experience with this issue? I don’t want to carry around two phones and like using business data before tapping my personal data. Thanks!
