Hey, My friend Has an iPhone 8 Plus, the Apple logo stuck since May so I trying to help him do the hard reset by using iTunes, and I do it, then the Update is NOT "Update and Restore" but all the Data is deleted, there's no Backup. please help!

Regarding the person offering help hard to say; they may have some hardware that iPhone repair shops have that could recover it. I have never tried but if this is not an authorized Apple repair center I would not trust them. Make sure they are Apple Authorized.
