Macbook Pro 2017 Motherboard Issue
Hi!
I got my Macbook Pro from an Apple Store in 2018. I specifically upgraded the laptop's ram etc. for editing purposes. Despite that, whenever I tried to edit, the laptop always heated up a lot and I thought it was normal. It would heat up and make severe noises.
After 3 years, one of the thunderbolt jacks stopped working and I decided to take it to the authorized service company. They told me that the motherboard was not working, or rather that it was burned. They said that this is the user's fault and offered to replace it. I agreed at the time, but it still felt strange to me. I used it like I always use a Macbook and didn't necessary do anything to allow for the motherboard to burn. I didn't spill anything, I didn't drop it. The ports suddenly stopped working. Not to mention that I always used the original accessories.
Anyone else have this problem? The Macbook is still overheating and making excessive noises when I open Premiere and I'm not sure what to do exactly.
