trying to do a recovery mode on my ipad and showing me an error : The iPad “iPad” could not be updated. An unknown error occurred (9). 060E.0000. I tried to change the cable multiple times and used 2 macs to update and still not working

i tried to follow the instructions provided here on support but it doesn't seem to work.

Error code (9) 0609.0000 Trying to restore an older iPad. Need to factory reset. Getting this error code. After some research I’m being told it might be the cable? Any other solutions?
