(Virtual) Keyboard issue while using Apple pencil

Hi.

I've bought iPad and Apple pencil for the first time four days ago, and found some problem during surfing the internet.

In my iPad, if I try to touch the text box to input text with finger right after using apple pencil, the pencil handwriting menu comes up instead of keyboard. This problem happens almost all the time when I try to type, and sometimes the keybord does not appear after touching over 20 times.

This happens when using web browsers such as safari and chrome, and only when try to type into the box inside the web page (typing url works well.)

using devices are as follow: iPad air 5th gen, Apple pencil 2th gen.

I updated iOS and chrome versions to latest ones, and tried to initialize settings, but it did not work.

handwriting is very very fascinating tool, so I really want to use it when surfing internet. So, I would appreciate if someone who knows how to fix it could tell the solution of the problem.
