MDM or Workprofile On /Off feature like Andriod OS?

On Andriod OS there is option on or off work profile or MDM.But on iphone it has to remove the device management profile.

Is there any other way ?

due to MDM ,it restrict screen recording and screenshot function.

iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS 17
