iPhone 13 won't charge-both cable and wireless

iPhone 13 Pro. 18 months old. About 6 weeks ago, sometimes the cable would not charge. It then got worse, really had to plug and unplug several times. Now, won't charge at all. Have tried multiple cables and charging sources. They work fine on other people's phones. Gently cleaned the lightning port, but it look pretty good. No exposure to anything bad. Bought a Qi wireless. Worked one time, then same thing happened, would have to try it several times before it would work. I have done a complete reset and re-install from iCloud, did not fix problem. Is there any one issue that would affect both cable and wireless charging?
