How to transfer Microsoft Authenticator between iPhones?

I got a new iPhone and transferred my apps and data from my old iPhone, but now I discover that that not everything actually moved -- notably Microsoft Authenticator accounts, but also WhatsApp chats and Music files.

I still have the old iPhone with the accounts still there, but what do I need to do to move *all* of the Authenticator data to the new phone?

Here's some information I found on Microsoft's website:

It seems a bit dated but it may point you in the right direction.
