iPhone 13 speakerphone Issue

Is anyone else having a problem with speakerphone meaning when iPhone user is on speaker, we can hear person on other end clearly but other end states call is cutting in an out or sounds like I’m underwater. This happens all the time to me.

please level 9 or 10 apple community members do not respond with canned responses that are not responsive to my issue such as ie., if I (iPhone user) cant hear other callers. That is NOT my issue. I have no trouble hearing it’s always person on other end regardless if they are using landline or cell phone. My siblings and I all have IPhone 13, pro and pro max, all have T-Mobile, yet I am the only one that has the issue.

I purchased my iPhone 13 Pro Max from a local Apple Store in May of 2022 and had the sample speakerphone issue as you where the person on the other end of the call had problem hearing me ( broken up sound on their side- on all phone makes, etc).

I got annoyed enough that I went back via a Genius Bar appointment and they replaced it with another 13 pro max iphone, which I shortly found out had the same issue- I was extremely disappointed.

Within the next couple months I spoke with a manager from another Apple Store who claimed to be unaware of the issue even though it was all over apple’s discussion boards.

I don’t have a lot of free time and it took a lot of work getting my first phone replaced ( calling Apple support then the Apple Store genius appointment).

For as much as I’ve loved my other Apple products, I’m really unhappy with this issue and to be honest, I’m a little afraid it might be an issue with the next iPhone I get in the future.
