My featured photos and memories have stopped updating/ refreshing. How can I fix?

My featured photos under “For You” are no longer refreshing or updating to new images. They have been stuck on same images for months now. I am on most recent iOS and I have reset memories in settings and tried turning featured photos on and off but still is only showing me 1 featured image and has been the same for months.

please help? Do I need to completely resync my iCloud?

iPad Pro stopped syncing photos with iCloud Hi Everyone I noticed that ever since 17.0 my ipad doesn't sync with iCloud anymore. It will not upload or download photos. All other things seem to be working normal with iCloud syncing. I've tried turning iCloud photo sync off and on, rebooting before and after closing out all apps etc. I have 83+ gig available so it shouldn't be that. I haven't logged out of iCloud totally and log back in yet cause thats always a pain. iPad Pro 11" 3rd gen. Software 17.0.3 83.65 GB available
