I found someone else AirPods and I wanna return it back ! How can I find the real owner

You cannot.
Hand the Airpods into the appropriate authority:
- if you found them in a shopping mall, hand them into the mall's security office
- if you found them in a shop, hand them into the shop staff
- if you found them in the street, hand them into the nearest police station
- if you found them in an airport, railway station, bus station, hand them into that organisation's Lost Property Office
Anyone who has lost the property would ask in the places they've been to or at the Lost Property Office or police station. It's their job top hand them back if the owner appears. I doubt that any of those places can find the owner, they simply have to wait for the owner to contact them.
