Three way calling
Cannot disconnect one party that i have added to a conversation. It disconnects everyone when I hit end one person

That is correct; it’s the way 3 way calling works. And it’s a carrier feature, so you would have to ask your carrier if there is a way to get around this telephone network limitation. If either caller in a 3 way hangs up they will be disconnected from the call, so you can simply ask them to hang up. Or end the call, then call back the person you wanted to speak to privately.
