does apple run a hard check when i want to buy in installment
I want to buy the new iPhone 15pro but I am a bit concerned if apple will run a hard check to see if I am eligible before buying.

Unless you're paying in full at time of purchase, I'd expect a check.
If you're seeking an installment payment plan with Apple Card, see this:

If you're seeking a carrier subsidy and carrier installment plan, I'd expect the carrier will run a credit check.
