Issue with iPhone 15 Pro Max - Heating up and Self-Shutdown

Hello,

I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding an issue I'm experiencing with my recently purchased iPhone 15 Pro Max. It seems that the phone quickly becomes excessively hot and sometimes becomes unresponsive, shutting down automatically after two minutes of overheating.

This problem occurs without intensive phone usage or running heavy applications. It happens frequently, impacting the phone's usability and rendering it inoperable for extended periods.

I've attempted restarting and updating the system to the latest version without tangible solutions. Therefore, I kindly request guidance on new steps or instructions to resolve this issue or any measures to handle this matter.

I would also like to inquire about the possibility of obtaining technical support or warranty coverage for this issue if it requires repair or replacement procedures.

Thank you very much for your attention and continuous assistance.

iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS 17
