family setup apple watch se 2 has "iphone required" on most apple watch app store apps

on the apple watch in the app store stuff like even the apple watch games says the iphone required and i cant download it, only view

im gonna list some things that may help you fix this problem cause i cant download most stuff for some reason (pls do)

1. the apple watch i use is a apple watch se 2
2. the apple watch is family setup'ed on my fathers iphone cause i dont have one
3. im on watch os 10 (not 10.2, i will probably go to 10.2 later
4. i tried downloading on my dads iphone and the chess app i wanted did show up but not work i also tried to download from watch app store directly, it said you can only view cause it requires iphone
