How do I remove the "Home" app data completely and totally?

In my"Home" app I go to Home settings and hit the "remove Home" button.

I go again to Home settings, and the app still knows "people" as my email address and notes the email address is "Resident (Owner)."

Now I delete the "Home" app icon from my phone, then download the "Home" app from the app store.

I go to Home settings, and the app still knows "people" as my email address.

How can I get a clean erase of all the "Home" app data.
