iPhone stuck in 3x in portrait mode

My iPhone is stuck in 3x in portrait mode and 2x in photo mode I restarted the phone it didn’t help.. what should I do ? I specifically got this phone to photograph my work

Move further away portrait mode I have the same problem. No matter how far away I’m move or how close I am portrait mode will not take a photo. it will not allow me take a photo at all on the front camera when it is in portrait mode. When I first got this phone it worked fine. Now it does not. It does not matter how much you restart the phone. I have iPhone 12.
