Forgot Apple ID Password

I recently got a 10th Gen Ipad and unfortunately during the initial setting up process I must’ve mistyped my password. I was able to create the Apple ID but now I’m unable to finish signing into and setting up everything on the iPad such as iMessage and downloading other apps. Will taking it into an Apple Store be able to help this problem?
