Is Apple ever going to fix parental controls

They work so sporadically. I have called support numerous times over the years and they just give me the run around, spend hours and hours redoing their troubleshooting over and over again. Then a few months later they don’t work again. Has anyone ever gotten the problem to the mythical upper levels of tech support? I’m assuming those levels don’t exist, that tech support is there to pretend Apple is doing something. They don’t even have a Parental Controls or Screen Time tag that I could find, despite there being countless posts about this over the years.
