my fitness app only show move ring where are rest ?

after bought new phone and update both my Apple Watch and iPhone. My fitness app only show the move ring. Where r the rest ??

My Fitness App has a Move Streak broken My move streak has been broken on Weds 20th October although I have continued to close my rings each day with problem. I've re-started both iphone and Apple watch to no avail. Any suggestions?

watch isnt syncing with health app The move ring isn't syncing with the health app on my iphone. When I finish a workout, all the active calories are recorded in my health app but only some of them are recorded for my move ring. There has even been times when I get a notification during a workout that I closed my move ring but, when I finish the workout, the move ring isn't closed and not all of the calories were counted. How do you fix this?

Pair the watch again -->

Select the appropriate watchOS from the dropdown menu in this guide --> Set up and pair your Apple Watch with iPhone – Apple Support (UK)
