my fitness app only show move ring where are rest ?

after bought new phone and update both my Apple Watch and iPhone. My fitness app only show the move ring. Where r the rest ??

I’m using the fitness app on my iPhone but it only shows one ring I was setting up my iPhone I just recently bought, and I noticed the app icon shows 3 rings. I looked up a tutorial on how to set it up on Safari because I just recently switched from Samsung, but I’m not seeing anything. Do I need an Apple Watch to set it up, or is there another solution?

Can’t Use Apple Fitness after unpairing Apple Watch I was recently informed that I could use the Fitness app now can give you the Move ring, even without an Apple Watch. I haven’t used my Apple Watch in years, so I went to go try and use the app, but it doesn’t seem to track anything, and still gives me the three rings as if it expects an Apple Watch to be paired. The weirdest part is that this tracking seemed to work for a couple days, and then stopped again… I have tried: unpairing the Apple Watch from my phone and iCloud deleting all Apple Watch data from the Health app deleting all data from the Fitness app deleting the Fitness app entirely and reinstalling it Anybody have any other suggestions to get this tracking to work?

Pair the watch again -->

Select the appropriate watchOS from the dropdown menu in this guide --> Set up and pair your Apple Watch with iPhone – Apple Support (UK)
