One Mac Studio - Two Users - Sidecar lags with one account, but not the other

I'm have a really weird issue where I have two user accounts on a single M1 Max Mac Studio. I'm running a wired Sidecar on a 12.9" iPad Pro. One one user, it works flawlessly. I can play back everything, all my apps work and I have no stutter or lag. However, on another account, my mouse is barely useable. I can't move it without massive lag and I have to use keyboard commands just to move around the screen so I can disable Sidecar.

I've tried it with all apps closed, as well, with the same result. Not much is different between the two user accounts (both administrators). What's could possibly be causing this issue and are there any steps I can take to try and resolve this?
