I can't signing my apple id and also can't do forget on it they say "This Apple ID is not active." Please help me.

My trusty Apple ID has gone rogue! Signing in is like trying to open a rusty treasure chest, and even the "forgot password" genie won't grant my wish. This inactive account has me feeling like a locked-out adventurer in their own digital kingdom. Any tips on how to reclaim my forgotten password and reignite my Apple adventure?

What you need to do depends upon what exactly you are seeing. You mention two different things that need different approaches. If you see the message below, or similar "inactive" messages:

- "Inactive" Apple ID/Account

- "Verification Failed. This Apple ID is not active."

You need to have Apple reactivate the account. Please contact official Apple Support for help with an "inactive" Apple ID. The people responding on this forum are Apple product users like yourself and cannot do anything with your account.

You can reach Apple Support using this link --> Contact - Official Apple Support

or by telephone at one of the numbers in this support article --> Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

Note that having an "inactive" account is not the same as having a disabled account. If your account says it is "disabled", see this article --> If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

If you don't receive your verification or reset email, read this Apple Support article: If you didn't receive your verification or reset email - Apple Support

"When you make certain updates to your Apple ID, we’ll send you an email to help you complete the update. For example, you might have reset your password, reset your security questions, or added a new email address to your account."

If you find you can’t sign in, reset your password, or receive verification codes, you can request account recovery (read this support article: How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support ) to regain access to your account. Account recovery might take a few days or longer, depending on the specific account information you can provide to verify your identity.

If you are signed into this forum using the same Apple Account then your browser may be configured to automatically enter your password. You should be able to view stored passwords in your browser's preferences/settings.
