This update is taking longer than usual to prepare. In the meantime, trying to use my phones basic function like text is lagging and my home screen background has been set to my lock screen. My phone is just acting strange.

I've had the issue with getting stuck in the prepare stage of updating and resolved it by restarting the phone.
