Notification of text message on multiple devices

I have several apple devices: a macbook, an ipad, and two iphones all logged in to my apple account. When I receive a text message it appears on all devices and i get a graphic notification everywhere BUT the sound notification only sounds on one of the iphones, and it’s intermittent; sometimes on my new phone, and sometimes on my old phone. I don’t know if it would also sound on my ipad as I always have the sound totally off on it.

Where do I set it up to either sound on both Iphones, or preferably only on my new phone?

I only have the old phone because one app I use daily they have removed essential functionality in the latest version, so I use the old phone where I still have the old version of the appwith full functionality.
