Says I’m signed into two separate devices with the same Apple ID when I only have a Mac and an iPhone 14 not an Apple Watch or the iPad it keeps referring to how can I disconnect it the other device

iPhone 14 Pro my 17.2 for the update. Says that my iCloud username is logged into two separate devices. The second one being an iPad or Apple Watch which I don’t own either of can I get this problem resolved and get the other device disconnected from my account. Feels like somebody’s bought a brand new device and use my Apple ID on the iPad or the watch I need to disconnect how do I do this so I can use my own Apple ID and my own phone number on my device iPhone 14 pro
