Здравствуйте,мен попросили войти в чужой Айклауд под предлогом нахождения информации с слопанного устройства ,злоумышленники включили функцию пропажи моего устройства и вымогают деньги, тех поддержка apple не смогла мне ничем помочь ,сказали попробовать нелегальные способы ,вопрос что мне делать .Я предоставил им всю информацию в том числе товарный чек ,на что мне сказали ,что он не подходит.

It has to be a receipt they find acceptable and believable. Typically that would be the receipt from Apple itself or an official Apple retailer. If your receipt is from another place then they probably won't believe its authenticity.
