Find my phone, i dont see my phone

On Tuesday night I went to a recital and I lost my cell phone, I went to iCloud and marked it as lost leaving a message so they could contact me, today I got a message saying that the phone turned on and connected to a Wi-Fi network, he sent me a link to access to see the location but this link breaks, throwing error 501 and then 404. I want to know why I don't see my iPhone in iCloud now and if I see the new iPhone that I bought but not the old one.

The message you got was a phishing attack sent by the thief who has your phone. You gave them the credentials for your account by using the link to “log in” allowing them to remove the activation lock.

You will never see that phone again. You need to change your password. NOW!
