Album Artwork on iPhone 15 is all wrong

All the album artwork is wrong on my phone even thought it is all correct in my itunes library. It is all jumbled artists, artwork, etc. I have tried plugging the phone in and re-syncing and it doesn't do anything. Any thoughts on how to correct this? Very frustrating. I am using a Mac Book Air and an iPhone 15. Thanks!

Can someone find a solution to the Wrong Album Artwork issue on iPhones? For years now there have been issues with the incorrect album artwork showing in Music on the iPhone. The album artwork is correct on iTunes but when synced over to the iPhone it grabs random images from other albums, even ones that are not on the phone. As you can see from the images attached, iTunes playing Free by Donavon with correct art, then iPhone playing the same song but it has 2 different Jack Harlow album covers. I have tried every single fix, sometimes I can update the artwork manually on the phone via Devices in iTunes but now that is not even working. Can everyone vote this up so Apple actually take notice!

Album Artwork Wrong on iPhone but correct in iTunes I just upgraded to a iPhone 15 pro and iOS 17. When I went to sync my new iPhone to my iTunes and install my backup of my old phone a good chunk of the album artwork on songs got mixed up with the wrong artwork being used somehow on my iPhone only. The artwork in iTunes remains correct. I’ve tried signing in and out of my Apple ID on my iPhone. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the album artwork and then sync my iPhone again. Nothing has worked.
