Sending iPad in for repair question
Hello! I have a cracked screen on my 10th generation iPad, so I sent it in for repair to Apple. I was wondering if as soon as they receive my iPad, do they automatically send me a replacement? Do I have to return the replacement iPad? When will I get the original iPad back or do I not? I also have AppleCare+ on the iPad. I’m not really sure how the whole process works so if anyone knows and is willing to share, that would be very helpful.
