How can I duplicate a project in iMovie so I can work on two different iterations at once?

I want to duplicate my work into a new project on iMovie so I can create an 'extended' version without losing the work on the first one. How can I do this?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.6

Hi,

Go to the projects browser screen (where your projects are displayed as icons). Move your cursor over the icon of the project that you want to duplicate. A little circle with dots in it will appear to the right of the project's title. Click on the circle and a drop down menu will appear. From the drop down menu, select Duplicate Project. A duplicate of your original project will appear in the project browser.
