Apple Card

I got a new iPhone and I got approved for an Apple Card. The value of the iPhone was 929.00 which was Apple Card was charged and I was also required to make monthly installments. I’m not understanding why was the card charged and if I had to pay monthly installments? I think this is double billing. Someone explain this to me please?

The main difference with Apple Card Monthly Installments is that you are not charged interest.

Each time you make a Monthly Installment payment, the outstanding balance goes down and will be zero after you make the final Monthly Installment payment.

It is very much like a regular charge to any credit card except that it is interest free.
