How do I remove my iTunes tracks from my Apple Music account?

I synced my library so my MacBook Pro could use my Apple Music playlists but it’s filled my iOS album and artist with iTunes tracks I’ve bought over the years.

Is there a way to keep these separate/filter or unsync the iTunes tracks so I can just see the albums/tracks I’ve favourited/saved on Apple Music?

There is no filtering. You could hide the purchased albums: Hide and unhide music, films, TV shows, audiobooks and books – Apple Support (AU)
