How to remove spam icon from top of text screen

My phone does not notify me of incoming texts. When I look at my text screen I see this spam icon How do I remove it? Plz and Thx

What does the arrow symbol indicate in text messages on iPhone? I noticed a new symbol next to some of my text. What does two lines with an arrow mean in front of your text message? It disappears after you click the message [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Messages: Unknown senders notifications not silenced? On my cousin's iPhone 13, unknown (spam) message motivations are not silenced. While they do appear in the "Unknown" senders category in messages they still get annoying alerts. However, on my older iPhone 12, I don't have this issue. It's silenced. Is this an iOS bug? filter unknown senders
