There isn’t a time. It activates automatically in low light environments

Do you mean Night Shift? If so, you can adjust the time yourself. In settings go to Display & Brightness and click on Nigh Shift then customize the time it starts and ends.

No When I am taking a photo, the phone goes into Night mode. I want to know what time does that occur so I can plan.
