Don’t like dark and light mode, for nighttime and daytime!!
I have an Apple iPhone, which I really am unfamiliar with, as well as being technically challenged so I don’t even know where to start to keep my iPhone is ‘day’ mode..
help!!

Easy enough Go to Settings>> then tap Display & Brightness. Make your preferred changes there.
If in doubt use the search feature on your phone for settings.
