Why won’t this message go away?
This display message won’t go away and there is nothing wrong with my phone

I can't tell you why you are seeing the "genuine iPhone display" message on your iPhone's screen. Only you would know whether the screen was replaced in the past or not.
You will see that notification on your Lock screen for the first 4 days that you use your device and in the Settings app for 15 days. After that period, you can find the notification by going to Settings ➡️ General ➡️ About
