Position of date and time on wallpaper
On iPhone I would like to move date and time location at the bottom of screen , is it possible?

Hello! As of right now, there is unfortunately no way to move the clock to the bottom of the device. However, you can modify the font of your clock and date and time and make other customizations to your wallpaper. To learn how to do that visit: Change your iPhone wallpaper - Apple Support.
