Leaving Family Sharing

I joined my sisters family on my phone because she had apple tv. She got rid of it and now i don’t want to be in the family anymore. I’m 16 and it says that in the family but it won’t let me click on my name it’s like faded out to where you can’t click on it. The only thing i can click on in the family section is family checklist. It’s messing with my location settings and i need to leave asap. My sister already removed me from the family and sent me screenshots that im not on it but on my phone i am. It says it’s her ipad account connected to her phone that’s the organizer but she looked on her ipad and she doesn’t have a family. Please tell me how to leave it.
