shortcut to convert an image

I’m trying to create a shortcut that will take an image in an album and convert to JPEG. I want the result to optionally overwrite the shared image. Im nearly there, but I’m having trouble saving the image because it only offers me “recent“. Can I overwrite(or optionally), the image that I’ve shared on the share sheet?

My way to reduce them is to upload them to a ‘shared album’ on icloud, then save them from there back on my phone (-> reduced file size by approx. 10x, no reduction of resolution). Is there a way to create a shortcut for this to make this a one click exercise?
